In the fast-paced world of construction, the reliability and efficiency of your machinery can make or break a project. We understand that high-quality parts are essential for optimal performance. So we aims to provide top-notch construction machinery parts to make customer's machinery running smoothly.
To improve our service, we set up engine maintenance development. In addition to providing customers with engine assemblies, we can also help customers solve various technical problems encountered in the operation and assembly of engines.
We have our own professional maintenance team and can even be invited by customers to arrange for maintenance technicians to go abroad to help customers repair engines.

Micro-alloying with titanium, niobium, and vanadium to generate hard micro-carbides. This increases wear resistance without compromising impact toughness or weldability.
Integrating non-invasive ultrasonic thickness sensors inside the bucket backing. These sensors track wear levels in real time to prevent sudden structural damage.
Using localized, induction-heating thermal quenching processes to cut down on energy consumption while still meeting ISO 9001 and CE performance standards.
For extreme high-impact environments (such as granite or iron ore mining), we recommend NM500 or Hardox 500 equivalent steels for the cutting edges and side plates. For structural backing and side walls where stress is high but impacts are moderate, Q355D or NM400 provides the right balance of wear resistance, weldability, and structural durability.
Yes, our engineering department customizes plates to match specific drawings and needs. Our Hubei facility uses high-precision CNC plasma and laser cutters to process custom dimensions, bolt-hole configurations, and bevel styles. This ensures our parts fit perfectly on standard buckets from brands like Caterpillar, Komatsu, Volvo, and Sany.
Our quality control protocols require ultrasonic testing (UT) for internal defects, Brinell hardness testing across the plate's cross-section, and Charpy impact tests at low temperatures. We provide complete material test reports (MTRs) and quality certificates with every shipment to ensure traceabilty and compliance.
To weld quenched-and-tempered plates like NM400 or NM500, we recommend using low-hydrogen electrodes (such as E7018 or E8018) or matching wire for gas metal arc welding (GMAW). Keep preheating temperatures between 100°C and 150°C to prevent hydrogen cracking, and control the interpass temperature to maintain the steel's heat-treated hardness.
